To solve this issue, please go to "courses" and go to the course you are having an issue with the certificate of completion. Click on the "retake course" button.
Click on the "complete" button again until the last lesson.
Click on the "finish course" button on the last lesson
Go to your dashboard and click on the certificates tab. You should see the certificate of completion there.
